Little Big Town - Tornado

Thought you'd change the weather
Start a little storm
Make a little rain
But I'm gonna do one better hide the sun until you pray
I'm a tornado, looking for a soul to take

You're gonna see me coming by the selfish things you did
I'm gonna leave you guessin' how this funnel is gonna hit
I'm a tornado, looking for a man to break

I'm gonna lift this house, spin it all around
Toss it in the air and throw it in the ground
Make sure you're never found
Thought you'd take a swing
Try another girl, try another night,
But it's the pain that brings my force of nature back to life
I'm a tornado
More disturbed than an F5

I'm gonna lift this house, spin it all around
Toss it in the air and throw it in the ground
Make sure you're never found

The winds are getting stronger
The sky is falling through
And you ain't got much longer
Till the rage rips off the roof
I'm a tornado...
And I'm coming after you...

The First Day of Summer!

Road at La Cavée, Pourville -Claude Monet

To Summer
by William Blake
(1757-1827)

O thou who passest thro' our valleys in
Thy strength, curb thy fierce steeds, allay the heat
That flames from their large nostrils! thou, O Summer,
Oft pitched'st here thy golden tent, and oft
Beneath our oaks hast slept, while we beheld
With joy thy ruddy limbs and flourishing hair.
Beneath our thickest shades we oft have heard
Thy voice, when noon upon his fervid car
Rode o'er the deep of heaven; beside our springs
Sit down, and in our mossy valleys, on

Some bank beside a river clear, throw thy
Silk draperies off, and rush into the stream:
Our valleys love the Summer in his pride.

Our bards are fam'd who strike the silver wire:
Our youth are bolder than the southern swains:
Our maidens fairer in the sprightly dance:
We lack not songs, nor instruments of joy,
Nor echoes sweet, nor waters clear as heaven,
Nor laurel wreaths against the sultry heat.

Benjamin Péret - Halo

Dla Ciebie Vient, z miłością.
Benjamin Péret - Halo
Muzyka: Torley on Piano - Delicate platinum

Mój samolocie w płomieniach mój zamku zatopiony w reńskim winie
moje ghetto czarnych irysów moje ucho z kryształu
moja skało lecąca z urwiska żeby zmiażdżyć polowego
mój ślimaku opalowy mój komarze powietrzny
mój puchu z rajskiego ptaka moja grzywo z czarnej piany
mój grobie co pękł moja ulewo czerwonych szarańczy
moja latająca wyspo moje turkusowe winogrono
moje zderzenie aut rozszalałych i roztropnych moja dzika grządko
[migotliwe studni
połyskliwe jak lustro w którym wypatrujesz płochliwego trzepotu
[kolibrów twego spojrzenia
zgubionego w ekspozycji bieli oprawnej w mumie
KOCHAM Cię.

Przełożył z francuskiego Robert Stiller

Allo

mon escargot d'opale mon moustique d'air

Pablo Neruda - Dwadzieścia poematów o miłości i jedna pieśń rozpaczy - 20

Mogę pisać wiersze najsmutniejsze tej nocy.

Pisać na przykład: "Ta noc rozgwieżdżona,
i drgają błękitne gwiazdy w oddali".

Nocny wiatr krąży po niebie i śpiewa.

Mogę pisać wiersze najsmutniejsze tej nocy.
Kochałem ją i czasami ona też mnie kochała.

Słuchać nocy ogromnej, jeszcze ogromniejszej bez niej.

To wszystko.

Ta sama noc jak przedtem bieli te same drzewa.

Chociaż to byłby ostatni ból, jaki mi sprawia,
i to są ostatnie wiersze, jakie z nim piszę.

20 Love Poems and a Song of Despair - 20

Tonight I can write the saddest lines.

Write, for example, 'The night is starry and the stars are blue and shiver in the distance.'

The night wind revolves in the sky and sings.

Tonight I can write the saddest lines.
I loved her, and sometimes she loved me too.

Through nights like this one I held her in my arms.
I kissed her again and again under the endless sky.

She loved me, sometimes I loved her too.
How could one not have loved her great still eyes.

Tonight I can write the saddest lines.
To think that I do not have her. To feel that I have lost her.

To hear the immense night, still more immense without her.
And the verse falls to the soul like dew to the pasture.

What does it matter that my love could not keep her.
The night is starry and she is not with me.

This is all. In the distance someone is singing. In the distance.
My soul is not satisfied that it has lost her.

My sight tries to find her as though to bring her closer.
My heart looks for her, and she is not with me.

The same night whitening the same trees.
We, of that time, are no longer the same.

I no longer love her, that's certain, but how I loved her.
My voice tried to find the wind to touch her hearing.

Another's. She will be another's. As she was before my kisses.
Her voice, her bright body. Her infinite eyes.

I no longer love her, that's certain, but maybe I love her.
Love is so short, forgetting is so long.

Because through nights like this one I held her in my arms
my soul is not satisfied that it has lost her.

Though this be the last pain that she makes me suffer
and these the last verses that I write for her.
